“ Didnt get to make it to the restaurant itself, but did visit the food truck location at the Silos and if the alfredo at the restaurant was anything like the silos, it was amazing! Ive had lots of alfredo, including in Venice and Di Camplis mightve had one of the best tasting alfredo sauces Ive ever had! ”
“ Fantastic ambiance, food, and service. It's a nice Italian food place that has an array of food and prices. We already have reservations for graduation! ”
“ All I can say is, I can't believe this restaurant exists in Waco, Texas. I am admittedly snobbish on Italian food since I once lived in Torino for three years. So when I find a place that gives me that Ratatouille flashback moment I have to write about it. Wanted to take my Aunt out for her birthday, but didn't want something deep fried - which is sometimes hard to find in Waco. Stumbled across this place that is relatively new. Family had not heard of it so after reading the history of the restaurant I decided to book it for a try. Such an unexpected location, but once you walk in the door you are transported to a hip, modern environment. Owner came over and helped pick a perfect wine for dinner, and the food - well bam! Some of the most authentic tasting Italian food I have had in many moons. Try the tiramisu, yum. Can be a little loud, but you won't be disappointed. Next time I'm in Waco, this is a must go again place! ”
“ This is good Italian food for Waco. Kyle took good care of us, even though he got sat a very large party as well. We started with Caesar and the Chef Salad (not to be confused with A checf salad). The Caesar dressing was very tasty. The Chef salad had a nice vinaigrette. Fresh greens, blue or goat cheese and walnuts were a nice touch. Our daughter had chicken alfredo and it came with pappardelle. That's different. The sauce and pasta very very good. My wife had the Veal Parmigiana. The veal was plentiful and tender and the breading was nicely done. I had the Genovese om pasta. The meat was very tender and flavorful. The only thing missing was bread. It would have been nice to have some Italian bread with some olive oil. ”
“ Delish!! Everything we had was great!! The meatballs, gnocchi were to die for. Friendly servers and staff. ”
“ We came on a very busy Thursday night and the service was great and the food was quick and delicious. We got the chef salad and shared it but I wish we had gotten two because it was so good I didn't wanna share. The catch of the day was swordfish and I loved it and they even switched to a pescatarian topping for me- we loved the ravioli and the portion size leaves you full but wanting more, we will be back! ”
“ Stop by here for take out after driving for hours. Dressy place and busy on Thursday night. Reservation will help lessen the wait time. Got chicken Alfredo and wish I had eaten in instead of take out. By the time I got home, it was soggy and tasteless. Spaghetti and meatball is delicious. Mashed potato was tasty. Would love to try and dine in to try other foods in menu. ”
“ An exquisite meal with exceptional service!! We were in Waco for the weekend visiting friends and family and we chose this restaurant for Saturday night's dinner as they have some vegetarian friendly options. My cousin and her husband arrived first and informed our server that myself and my fiancé are both vegetarian. When it was time to order our meals, I ordered the ravioli but forgot to ask to remove the meat because it was listed as it's Italian name (which I didn't recognize as meat ). Upon ordering, our server immediately asked if he should remove the meat - he not only remembered that I'm vegetarian, but he was looking out for me! It was so nice and very much appreciated. The ravioli was INCREDIBLE!! So delicious and you can definitely tell that they make it fresh in-house as they advertise. We went on to have some chocolate cake as dessert and found this to be equally delicious. Thanks for a wonderful first time in! We look forward to returning on our future adventures to Waco. ”
